Born in London, England to Jamaican parents, Ms. Tracii McGregor, the Vice President and General Manager of dancehall-reggae icon Buju Banton’s independent record label Gargamel Music Inc., handles all business and day-to-day operations from the US office. Before claiming Gargamel as her home away from home, McGregor previously served as Vice President of Content & Communications at The Source Enterprises, where she swiftly rose from Lifestyle Editor in 1996 to becoming the highest-ranking female executive at the company by the time she departed in late 2004.
